Karpen Plastik, which has been operating in the PVC plastic sector since 1995, achieved significant growth in a short period of time thanks to its quality production. The company, which entered PVC production in 2004, continues its activities with 10 regional warehouses and a network of 450 dealers across Turkey.

Halil Cankar, Chairman of the Board of Directors, stated that they continue their efforts to be a leading company in the PVC sector: "As Karpen, with our educated and qualified personnel, we aim to provide high-level customer satisfaction by producing at world standards and we continue to advance our development-focused work in all processes. As Kar Alüminyum, our work started as of 2011, and we are proud to be the first aluminum factory in Gaziantep. With the strength we receive from our dealers, we are at the point of opening the factory, and we aim to produce and introduce a very different product to the market with its name and quality. Just like in PVC, we want to produce a sought-after product under the leadership of our R&D unit, taking into account the opinions and suggestions of our dealers in aluminum as well."

Cankar, who stated that they divided their products into two main groups as PVC-ALM, said: "We have 5 series as PVC profiles: the 3-chamber 60 series, the 4-chamber 60 series, the 5-chamber 71 series, the sliding series, and the sliding series with a frame and fly screen. As for aluminum, we produce railing materials, showcase materials, fly screen profiles, roller blind materials, shower cabin profiles, furniture, and shutter profile varieties."

Cankar, who stated that they continue their work to provide their dealers with higher quality products every day, said: "As Karpen Plastik, we produced our roof product, which we call the asparagus profile, with our unique design as a result of our R&D studies. Last year, we focused on investments. As PVC, we reached a monthly production capacity of 1,200 tons by purchasing 3 new extruder lines. In 2011, we established the aluminum factory and started production. This year, we aim to grow by 20&49; in terms of turnover."

Cankar, who stated that they export half of their production, said that they deliver their products to more than 15 countries. Cankar said, "As Karpen Plastik, our export activities started in 2005. Every year, we increase our export figures. The countries we export to include Iraq, Iran, Libya, Algeria, Tanzania, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Georgia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our goal is to raise our export bar by opening up to different markets. The countries we want to enter in the new year are West African countries such as Egypt, Senegal, and Guinea."
